a year ago Went to See Ian last week regarding some Anxiety issues I was having. From the moment he met me outside the building before the appointment he put me at ease, as I never knew what to expect! He is such a lovely man and has such a passion for helping people overcome their problems. He never rushed the session and explained everything in great detail which was excellent. I was worried in case I forgot all the techniques he taught me, but there was no need as he sent me all the information as soon as I left. Very professional, very talented man. I would highly recommend it!
