9 months ago I recently attended Quays Clinic to stop smoking, having smoked for the last 17 years. Like many people, I was unsure what to expect from the session, but my advice would be to keep an open mind, be willing to improve yourself, and accept that there’s likely a great deal you don’t know about your own mind. Our brains are incredibly complex, and we owe it to ourselves to learn more about how we can utilize its potential. Ian was really personable and will make you feel comfortable throughout the session, as I felt a little apprehensive at the start, but I suppose that’s natural really. I learned so much about so many different things, and there are all kinds of aspects of your life you can apply these techniques to, not just smoking or whatever it is you want to address. I will continue to learn more in my own time because it really does make you feel like you’ve harnessed part of a hidden power in your mind. Part of me worried about what I’d be like after the session but there’s a deep part of me that is convinced that I’m not a smoker anymore. It’s just not what I want in my head now, and I don’t want to ever smoke again. I really want to improve my life and I’m very glad I’ve taken this step. Thanks again Ian
