8 years ago I don’t want to sound ungrateful even though hypnosis at the Quays Clinic did help me to stop smoking. I thought the session would be done in under an hour like other hypnotherapists were advertising when it took almost two hours. The session made me late for work and I got told off by my boss. I suppose I should have asked Ian how long it would take.
