a year ago I met with Ian who helped me with sports motivation and the fear of failure. Ian takes the time to understand his client and tailors his therapy to individual needs and aspirations. I came out feeling I had a better understanding of myself and have now got coping tools. Whatever your anxiety, I would recommend you take the time to speak to Ian and go from there. I imagine everyone would have a vastly different, but equally rewarding experience.
